Terrible.
Always order through klarna and never had an issue when returning items. Put all items in 1 bag as advised on the app, Asos has only updated the system with certain returns- had to chase 4 times and still not resolved, meaning payment due dates are over deadline.

the answer was quick and I was provided with the requested information.
my the problem was not solved…
my the problem was not solved immediately. they said they would email. I offered to send my passport and solve the problem quickly. I wasted a lot of time and was late for work. and the first consultant ended the chat without waiting for my answer. I had to write to the second. And why was my account blocked at all. I am evil now.

Was the fourth time I had to contact asos about an issue with my order due to replacements for faulty (stained) and missing items not being processed by other reps on previous chats. However the rep I spoke to on this occasion (Jean) was really helpful and patient. It has yet to be seen if the issues are now finally solved, but Jean put my mind to rest and assured me they would be so fingers crossed.
I had to put 4 stars because although Jean was really good, it’s the 4th time I have had to contact ASOS about this order.

Awful, awful online chat.
No genuine concern about a delivery which my account tells me wasn’t made - and I know wasn’t made - but ASOS insist is still in transit.
Responses all cut and paste.
Final response from ‘chat’ person verging on the dismissive.
No care at all.
Think I’ve had it with this lot tbh.

Bad deliveries
Really gonna down hill this company with deliveries. No point doing next day delivery as never turns up. Try not use asos anymore. Just can't rely on them
